Packaging approach
Soft goods require thoughtful shipping care.
Home textiles often ship differently from rigid products. Bedding sets may be folded, duvet inserts and pillows may be compressed, towels and bath mats may be stacked, and decorative textiles may be wrapped to reduce unnecessary movement during transit.
Some textile products may look compact immediately after opening. This is common for soft, filled, folded, or compressed items. Allow bedding, inserts, pillows, throws, and other fabric goods to breathe after unpacking. Always follow the product care label before washing, drying, ironing, steaming, or applying heat.
Product Types
Bedding sets, duvet inserts, adult pillows, kids pillows, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, shower curtains, throw blankets, and decorative pillows.
Packaging Note
Textiles may be folded, rolled, boxed, wrapped, or compressed depending on product type and shipping method.
After Opening
Keep packaging, labels, inserts, and parcel materials until you confirm that every item is correct and in satisfactory condition.
Support Need
If something arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or visibly different from expectation, document the issue before washing or using the product.
